Who We Are: KCPC is a member of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and the Presbytery of Northern New England. While we are few in number in the New England region, there are over 2.1 million of us across our country. We are part of the "Reformed Tradition" or that stream of the Protestant church developed in the 1600s by John Calvin in Geneva, Switzerland. If you would like to learn more about the Presbyterian Church, please visit: Presbyterian 101 Our congregation was organized in the early 1980s by a group of Presbyterians who longed for a church of their own. This group initially met to worship in rented space at Colby-Sawyer College. Since 1989 we have been located on King Hill Road in New London. The name "Kearsarge Community" was chosen to reflect how our membership is drawn from a wide area. We currently have participants residing as far away as Hanover, Grafton, Goshen, Contoocook, and Henniker. Of course we also serve Springfield, Sutton, Wilmot, Sunapee, Andover, Newbury, Warner, and Bradford.

Worship Services Canceled January 20th at KCPC: …a Nor'easter named "Harper" has Prevailed!! By now you are well aware the largest snow event for this winter is predicted to bring us significant accumulations later tonight through Sunday evening, with the worst of the storm occurring Sunday morning when there could be sleet and freezing rain. For this reason and for everyone's safety and well being, Sunday services are canceled.
